![]() ![]() ![]() The curious thing was that after I followed all steps above and when it was actively reindexing, I searched in outlook and it was pulling results!!! HOWEVER, as soon as it finished indexing the search immediately stopped working again. Note: You must perform this step for any additional profile folders you may have. Once added, remove the folder from privacy, and Spotlight will re-index the folder. Drag the ‘Main Profile’ folder to the Privacy tab. ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Ĥ. Copy and paste the following location into the "Go to the folder:" dialog box and click Go: ![]() Choose Apple menu - System Preferences, then click Spotlight.ī. You will then be re-directed to the previous page, select 'Change all' and click continue.Īfter you have done this, please re-index once again and try searching.ġ. Now a new window will open up and then select 'Microsoft Outlook' from the list(If you don't find it there, select 'All applications' instead of 'Recommended'). Select the dropdown option and click on 'Other'Ĥ. Now click on the dropdown of 'Open with'ģ. Right click on the file that you have dragged on the desktop and select 'Get info'.Ģ.
